Our goal is to keep on making an impact by promoting and expanding our clients. We are a team that is proud of the work we do.

We chose the blue star flower-Amsonia-as a symbol for our company for its known characteristics to thrive in difficult environments. We believe in building each other and in personal growth. Our culture orbits three main points: development, teamwork, and fun. Because of this, we hold training to cover financial literacy and personal growth. Our Positions

Interns

We provide paid and credit-based internship opportunities for students of all years and backgrounds. Based on performance, we welcome interns to apply for our full-time positions after graduation.

Entry Level

We accept people from all backgrounds and paths since we train from day one. Our entry-level positions have opportunities to grow into management when people apply for our management program

Management Progam

We strongly believe in growth and in supporting our employees. We created this program for anyone in our company that wants to grow from inside the company. Training is provided, and healthy competition is encouraged.

Our Junior Partners typically use our travel and expansion program to boost their career advancement efforts and get a fresh start in a new city and/or state.

Our Interview Process

Here is what to expect during our interviews. There are two stages our candidates go through. The 1st stage is a one-on-one interview to introduce our company and discuss who we are. Candidates who qualify will be invited to a second one-on-one or double interview in which we go more in-depth into the pay, progression, and day-to-day activities. Afterward, questions will help us determine who will join our fantastic team!

How long does the interview process take?

The interview process might last up to a week after application. It depends on the scheduling of our hiring team and your availability.

Will I receive a disqualified email?

You will receive an email letting you know if you were not selected for the role you were interviewing for within a week of your interview. We do have different positions open and we encourage you to apply for other openings in the future.

Who will I be interviewing with?

You will be interviewing with our hiring manager or one of our top leaders.

What happens if I miss my interview?

You have the ability to reschedule only once. If you miss your interview more than once, we have to move to our next candidate.
